Registration opens on 12 January 2027 and closes when the room is full. Capacity in person is 150. Fees are quoted in pounds sterling and include VAT.

What the fee includes
Admission to both days and all keynotes, lunches and refreshments, the Wednesday welcome reception, the printed programme and abstract book, open-access publication of one accepted paper, and session recordings for twelve months.
Cancellation
Full refund less £35 administration to 21 August 2027; 50% to 18 September; none thereafter. Registrations may be transferred to a colleague at any time at no charge.
Visas and bursaries
Invitation letters are issued to registered delegates on request; allow ten working days. Twelve bursaries covering the student fee and two nights' accommodation are reserved for delegates from low- and middle-income countries; apply by 5 June 2027.
