Submit
Submissions are handled through the conference portal. Register an account once; you can edit a submission until the deadline passes. The abstract is required by 6 March 2027 and the full manuscript by 3 April 2027.
Create an account and register the abstract
Give the title, a 250-word abstract, up to five keywords, the strand and the submission category. Add every co-author with an affiliation and, where available, an ORCID.
Prepare the manuscript
Use the ICDPL template (LaTeX or Word), A4, references in APA 7th. Figures must be legible in greyscale. Submit as a single PDF under 20 MB; supplementary data may be linked to a repository.
Anonymise it
Remove author names, affiliations, acknowledgements and funding statements. Cite your own prior work in the third person. Clear document properties from the PDF. Identifiable submissions are desk-rejected.
Declare ethics and AI use
State the ethics approval covering any work with human participants, and describe any use of generative AI in the research or the writing. Both declarations sit outside the page limit.
